2. Services Offered

Enviro Aqua Shield provides waterproofing services for residential, commercial, and high-rise buildings across NSW, QLD, and the ACT. Our services include but are not limited to: wet area waterproofing, balcony waterproofing, rooftop waterproofing, basement waterproofing, leak detection, remedial repairs, membrane restoration, and concrete crack injection. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. Quotations and Contracts

All quotations provided by Enviro Aqua Shield are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. A contract for services will be formed when you accept our quotation in writing. The contract will include the scope of work, payment terms, and any other specific conditions agreed upon. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the contract. Typically, we require a deposit upon acceptance of the quotation, with progress payments made at various stages of the project. Final payment is due upon completion of the work. Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel the contract by providing written notice to Enviro Aqua Shield. If you cancel the contract after work has commenced, you will be liable for all costs incurred up to the date of cancellation, including materials, labor, and any other expenses. Enviro Aqua Shield reserves the right to terminate the contract if you breach any of its terms, including failure to make timely payments.

6. Warranty

Enviro Aqua Shield provides a warranty on our workmanship and materials, as specified in the contract. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and conditions. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or acts of God. To make a warranty claim, you must notify us in writing within the warranty period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enviro Aqua Shield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via our services.
